I posted this video a few weeks ago, but it's just so powerful, I had to bring it up again! I've been looking at it like every day this week. It just never gets old, and it never fails to stir me.
God didn't have to create the world, he was happy all by himself without us. He didn't have to endure the pain and shame of the cross, and take the punishment that we deserved, but he did it because he loved us, it was the only way he could save us from hell, reconcile us to himself, and establish a love relationship for eternity!
